I have same boot problem. 2 sticks of 16GB each in A2,B2 (32GB total).
It boots up fairly quickly in A2 alone but not with A2 and B2. How can I set the bios or something to boot up quickly instead of looking the memory over each time.
After about 3.5 min. of rebooting/trying, it gives the error and it boots up fine with 32GB of memory running just fine.
Thanks.

I found a solution, for me anyway. Had to hook up a VGA monitor.

For some reason, after installing the M.2, it would not boot to my graphics card or the integrated HDMI.

I reset BIOS and tried previously working SSD drives. Installed new RAM and also tried the old RAM, etc.

Apparently it was booting and asking me to hit F1 to continue with the cleared CMOS changes.

Hopefully this helps someone. I was about to order a new motherboard.

Specs:
Asrock z390 Pro4
GTX 1080
Intel i5-9600
128GB RAM (Crucial Pro RAM 64 GB DDR4 3200MHz)
4TB M.2 (Samsung)
