XMP lowering clock speed+perfomance on Ryzen 7700X

I just looked up MasterBox NR200P.
It doesn't have any opening at all in the front!
Without some form of forced air (fans) or even some 3D printed air guides, the hot air is going to just circulate around in the cabinet. You can even check that with a simple thermometer.

Surely there's a better way to go about this.
Why even bother with an AIO if the radiator is just going to be fed hot air?
(I've NEVER used any sort of liquid cooling in my entire life, because, again, reliability nut).

Maybe put some 120mm-140mm fans on the left side where there's most space?
