Ethernet LAN port issues of my AB350 Pro4.

   Once I managed to boot into windows10 my ethernet connection was not working. I went through device manager and reinstalled the drivers and restarting PC, the device was detected but still not working. seemed like an issue with the cable, however, using it on a different computer it was working just fine. 
I installing different versions of drivers from realtek but it couldn't be detected. 
It seems like a hardware issue but the light on the port is still green which confused me as if it were completely broken???
Please someone help me, thanks.

Please re-install the OS and then check if the LAN can be detected with inbox driver; try to access the Internet with inbox driver.
