Hey all,
I have just finished setting up my X399 rig, and everything is peachy, except when i connected my Bose QC 35 v2 headphones... using over bluetooth, and they seem to cut out every few seconds...
this happens when streaming, listening to music... movies etc... and is driving me nuts!
board is mounted in the same chassis as my i7 previous rig was in, which had no issues at all!

Any ideas please?

Updated drivers from asrock page etc...

Rig info:
Updated BIOS on the mobo to 3.30
Threadripper x1950
Sharkoon case with glass panels
Windows 10 x64 build 17746

Appreciate any help!
Lew

**** EDIT ****
Didnt have the antennae for the wifi screwed on!!!
Really??? :)

HOpe this helps for anyone else that hits the same issue... :P

ok first check

aerials screwed on ................haha oh yeah that was it Tongue

ok going forward ,the drivers for wifi and BT are very outdated anyways now and do have issues

as they are funnily enough made by intel on the amd board LOL
do what we do download the intel driver assistant and run it ,it installs the later functional drivers for wifi and BT

Yeah, Double face palm for me... (one for each antenna)

Didnt mention anywhere in the manual to use the antenna's if BT is to be in use. :D

Done the Intel driver assistant already too... only wifi needed updating!

This board, with CPU is a beast!!!!

Got the NZXT Kraken X52 to cool CPU... and am impressed, temps stick around the 26c mark! way cooler than my previos i7... this is my first foray into the AMD world for many, many years!
Surpisingly impressed so far!

Thanks for the reply @datonyb
