When I press DEL or F2 to enter the UEFI setup, it just freezes.
There is only another way to enter UEFI. Press F11 to Boot menu and then select Enter setup. Please fix it. |

Dear Etigil,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. There are some suggestions for verifying. 1. Please refer to user manual page.29 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20X470%20Gaming-ITXac.pdf 2. Please only install CPU, memory and onboard graphics to check if the symptom exists with such simplest configuration. If not, please install other devices back to the system one by one to check if it relates to specific unit. 3. Please check the CPU and chassis thermal flow. 4. Please re-install the CPU and memory. 5. Please re-flash the BIOS P1.30 to verify. https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20X470%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp#BIOS Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
