Install two identical memory modules in slots A2 and B2, but only work in single-channel mode.
In win10, 8GB only work with 3.85gb, why? |

Dear Makona,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please refer to the user manual page.26 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/X370%20Taichi.pdf 2. Please install both memory modules to another system to check if the memory can be detected properly. 3. Please install one memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify. 4. Please re-install the CPU and memory to verify. 5. If possible, please change another CPU to verify since memory controller is built in CPU. 6. If possible, please change another RAM to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
