Reboot issues with AB350M Pro4 - driving me crazy

I have a AB350M Pro4 and Ryzen 2200G.

System Specs:
Ryzen 3 2200G (Stock Cooler @stock settings)
I've been having this issue as well. I am now on BIOS 4.90 (I was previously @4.70) and settings are all on stock (currently running 2400MHz - BIOS default). It doesn't happen all the time. When I try to restart my system and it gets stuck in a blank screen while fans are still spinning, I'm able to just hold the power button down and power it back on again. But sometimes, I have to remove the power by turning off the PSU and then it'd boot normally. I have no spare PSU so the only test that I was able to do was MemTest86. It had no errors for 6 hours @2666MHz XMP settings and stock voltage (1.20V). Issue persists both on @4.90 and @4.70 BIOS. I tried disabling fast startup while also running on performance mode (Sleep and Hybrid Sleep is turned off), just to make sure if it's a power management issue, but it still happens. I stumbled upon a command line for hibernation in a reddit post somewhere and after setting it to off in Admin-CMD (Open CMD-admin>type powercfg.exe>type /hybernate off) it hasn't happened again for 3 days. Will post an update if ever I encounter the same problem again. 

I was also experiencing freezing at stock settings but after clean installing Windows 10 (latest ISO created from Windows Media Creation Tool) with the latest updates, the latest AMD chipset driver with 18.5.1 display driver, freezing hasn't reoccurred yet (about a week from today). But this restart issue still randomly happens.

I've also been having a network adapter (Realtek PCIe Gbe Family Controller) and USB controller (AMD USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.1) issue where both just shuts off so randomly which cause no internet connection and USB front panel ports stop working. Whenever this happens, by checking in the device manager, both are pinged. This doesn't get solved by reinstalling windows and using older drivers, rolling back, updating, even using AB350M's lan driver or the latest available drivers from Realtek. Both gets fixed by just rebooting the system but it still randomly happens.

Funny thing is, all these problems never happened in my first 3 months of use; it was running perfectly. Just to put it out there, I was even able to complete Tomb Raider 2013, A few Arkham Games, Naruto Storm 4, 2 Bioshock Games and a few go on ESports Titles here and there. I'm starting to consider RMA-ing the board because these problems are just too common with this model. If everything persists in a few more weeks, I'd give up troubleshooting. :(
