I install 2x8 GB memory.
But BIOS says "single channel mode". However, it recognizes both of the RAM. Is the RAM or BIOS problem? I need to work in dual channel mode. Thanks. |

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter the BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key. 2. Please re-install the memory module. 3. Only install one stick memory module to each DRAM slot by turns to verify. 4. If possible, please use Instant Flash to update latest BIOS P5.50 http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-DGS/index.asp#BIOS 5. If possible, please install another CPU / memory. Thanks!
