As title, Bluetooth stopped working anymore in WIN10.
I want to know why I get this symptom. I didn?™t do anything just normal use. Please help me!! Thanks. |

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. We have some suggestions for you to verify Bluetooth function: 1. Please unplug the AC power and refer to user manual page.30 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/X470%20Taichi.pdf 2. Please uninstall the Bluetooth driver under OS>Control Panel>Programs and restart the system. After rebooting, please reinstall the Bluetooth driver v20.30.0.3 from below link. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/Bluetooth/Bluetooth(v20.30.0.3).zip 3. Install another SSD/HDD with clean OS installed to verify the OS environment. If possible, please reinstall Windows 10 OS and check if the Bluetooth works with Windows 10 inbox driver. Thanks!
