Z490 Extreme4 - RAM XMP

   I am not able to get my Trident Z RGB RAM - F4-3200C16D-16GTZR to boot into windows if I enable XMP Profile.  I switched from sockets 1/3 to 2/4 and still same issue.  I enabled and increased the voltage.  According to G. Skill this RAM should work fine with the Z490 motherboard and shows 2/4 on Asrock RAM compatibility.

Eveything else is default.  Running P1.20 Bios  Intel 10600k processor

The XMP Profile seems to be correct on motherboard (matches G. Skill site) but once enabled DDR4-3200MHz CL16-18-18-38 1.35V.  

Using the Asrock Configurator shows current settings of:
15-15-15-36: 2   Freq 2127MHz
