Dear All,
I reinstall windows 10 and then my LAN port lose connection, it shows X that means disconnect. I have connected another lan cable but still fail. System always don't recognize the internet cable. WHY? |

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we have some suggestions for you to verify: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting. 2. Under OS environment, please uninstall the original LAN driver from 1. Device Manager & 2. Control Panel>Program and then restart the system. After booting into OS, please install below LAN driver. http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X470%20Taichi/index.asp#Download 3. Reinstall a clean OS and then check if system can access to internet by Windows 10 inbox driver. 4. If possible, please connect your motherboard to another Ethernet environment to verify. Thanks!
