hi, one more question on X870E Taichi Lite :
Is it normal that the CPU fan does not stop when the computer is powered down (no sleep, realy shut down)? Fan rpm is realy low, not hearable, but still spinning. My fan is a Noctua NH-D15 G2 LBC. First I thought that would be a feature, to avoid hotspots when shuting down a hot CPU - but it keeps running for days... - the only way to stop is unplug. When re-pluged, fan is not running. All other fans stop on shut down. Or is there any switch in the BIOS to disable that behaviour? |

How is the fan connected to the system?

Check in your BIOS under:
Advanced>ACPI configuration> Deep Sleep and set it to enabled in S5 See if that sorts it out. |
