HPET option in acpi (z370 pro 4) ??

As you can see the manual clearly shows that there was an HPET option in whatever BIOS version they screenshotted for it. However, in 2.00 at least (and definitely 1.8 too), there has been no option to disable hardware HPET. It's totally removed from that page.

Can it be replaced or updated? Thank you.

I think the manual has pics of BIOS 1.10. I have BIOS 1.30 on one of my Pro 4 boards and those settings are there.

I don't think it would be wise to downgrade my bios esp since I have just about everything overclocked and memory tends to have problems with downgraded bios.

The function is disabled in general with the /useplatformclock commands but I'd like an option to disable it hardware too.

If you contact Tech support they may be able to give you a newer fixed BIOS with that included.
