Buy a new mobo that doesn't use Polychrome.

Only solution to any of the b450m boards ASRock made that I've came across.

I cant wait to upgrade cause I'm throwing my b450m a/c in the trash cause I would never feel okay selling someone broken parts.

This worked for me.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin
Launch WriteFW.bat
And wait

i had a different problem but this command seem to reset Polychrome settings. Unistalling/reisntalling doesn't work
