A TUNING CRASHED PC

   Had my pc for a while and decided to install Asrock A tuning utility. As it?�s installing it black screens and I had to manually restart it after 30minutes. When going back into windows, everything is laggy when I move my mouse. Game go to 2fps and my desktop doesn?�t function without lagging. I?�ve tried uninstalling Atuning and related files, upgrading windows from media creation tool. Nothing is working. It?�s nothing but THAT software that has caused this.

	Hello @Ryzmic I've been curious to ask many people, did you guys install Ryzen Chipset and use the Ryzen Balanced Power Plan? Does it impact your usage experience?
