USB Not Working on a ASRock-970A-G/3.1

   ASRock 970A-G/3.1 The USB ports not working, Building it from scratch. Keyboard not working as well as mouse. Old style mouse works, but the old style keyboard does not. I have no way to download operating system, I disconnected every thing and plugged everything back in and still not working. 

The Products I have are, (Case Cosmos II Ultra Tower)   (ASRock Super Alloy 970A-G/3.1)   (COOL MASTER 750 BRONZE, POWER SUPPLY)  (TWO RADEON RX 580 8 GIG GRAPHIC CARDS)   (FX 8350 AMD PROCESSOR 8 CORE)  (DDDR3 4 GIG X 4 RIPJAW MEMORY)  (AMD ---HIGH VOLUME COOLER, COOLER MASTER FOR AMD.) (HIGH END CABLES 8K) ( MEMORY 3 TIER X 4)       
(5 FANS ON TOWER RUNNING, TWO FANS EACH PCI CARD TOTAL 4, 1 FAN POWER SUPPLY, TWO FANS ON AMD PROCESSOR)     (ASUS CD-ROM RW)

	downlaod from amd the 900 seriers chipset drivers and try reinstalling them. if there no change then you may have burnt out the usb chipset from a bad device or a bent pin in the usb port. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064

	Is the 900 series from asrock format. Also all my pins are straight. Thanks for the info, First time to get on a forum.

	Thanks so much. My hard drives and cd-rom is not working. Everything is new not sure why it is giving me this situation
