Hi,

New to AsRock motherboards, currently testing and qualifying a Z890 Pro RS WiFi with an i9 Ultra 285K, and on disabling the CPU C-States when tweaking my CPU power/clocking settings, I have noticed that it stops the CPU from turbo clocking as it should, and does not clock above the base clock (3.6Ghz).

I build workstations, so I disable EIST/SpeedShift/C-State setting as a rule, and on other Z890 boards it will raise the base clock to the All Core Turbo, which is the normal and expected behavior. Something I have experienced and confirmed over several generations of Intel chipsets, including Z890. On the AsRock board however, disabling the C-States with those other settings disabled only allows max base clock ?

Is there something obvious I am missing ?

Any suggestions advise greatly appreciated.
