Hello and welcome to the forums
![]() Check the following thread for instructions: https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=113248&title=new-member-guide As per the guide in the link above, simply post in the linked thread that closest matches your needs. Once your post is made I will create a thread for you and move it there. New members cannot create new threads, this has been done to curb spam that has been a serious issue on the forums. Once your forum rank elevates past "Newbie" status you will be able to create new threads. Sorry for the inconvenience but no other measures we have tried have worked to curb the spam problem and I would much rather be focused on helping users where I can than spending hours every day deleting thousands of spam posts. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Edited by Xaltar - 11 Jul 2025 at 4:09am |

Hi,
I need to build an headless server and I chose Epic 4545P as CPU: I found this mobo AM5D4ID3-2T/X710, it seems perfect for my needs (2x 10G) but I can't find it anywhere. Can you help me? Perhaps it has yet to be released for sale and in that case do you know an indicative date? Thanks |

It has already been released from what I can tell, I found a retailer in Bulgaria
that has it in stock with a quick search but you can check here for where to buy. Just enter your country etc in the dropdown menus. |

ASROCK X870E PHANTOM NOVA - USB Setup/Install Issues - RESOLVED
Hello All, I just finally upgraded my own rig(2020) as well my Daughters work PC with new AMD 9000 series CPU and AMD MB. I have 3 more new AMD CPU waiting for Black Friday MB/Memory sales to update the rest of her family. My own rig - ASROCK X870E Phantom Nova with 9950X3D on WIN11 23H2 - was giving me fits trying to get the USB4, PCI Express Downstream Switch Port and an Unknown USB Device (Failed Descriptor) sorted. I had started with using the Auto Driver Installer and continuing with the rest of the Drivers from the ASROCK Nova page. I reinstalled both sets of Chipset Drivers several times until the Auto Driver Installer returned no results - it looks like the Auto Driver may link to a newer Chipset version. Still no joy with either the PCI Express Downstream Switch Port or USB4 or the UNK USB item. I was also in the middle of initial PBO2 tweaking and read that SOC voltage could affect USB ports/signaling - initial BIOS settings have SOC @ 1.2Volt and other guides/testers have recommended 1.10 > 1.15. As soon as I reset to 1.10 the USB 4 driver and the PCI Express Downstream Switch Port cleared but the UNK USB still would not. I kept searching here and across the web and finally found a post with the simplest fix for the Unknown USB Device - Power Cycle the PSU (Turn the PSU Power button off/on and reboot). As soon as I shutdown and flipped the PSU Power Button off and back on and rebooted the UNK USB item cleared. I then continued to final PBO2 settings and everything is still good at a final SOC @ 1.15V (suggested by a tester for the 3.40 BIOS). This is what sorted a maddening first install and I'm posting if it helps anyone else with these issues. |
