7900XT Unusable in 3d Games

   I purchased my Phantom 7900XT back in November and it's been working great.  This past week, my whole system froze up while playing Rust.  Upon rebooting, any 3D workload now gets 1-2 FPS.  This includes games and benchmark software.  The card seems fine when I'm not using the 3D engine.  If I switch out the card, everything works fine.  The issue is specific to my Phantom card.  I've submitted a RMA, but haven't heard anything back.

Does anyone know of factory reset I can do on the card or any other tricks to see if I can get it back up and running?

	So, I submitted a RMA request 15-days ago. Received the email that you've received it, but nothing else. What is the expected turnaround time for an initial contact on my issue?
