usb-C port not working on ASRock B450 PRO4 AM4

   Hi there!

I tried reaching out to asrock support about this but, it's been two weeks with no reply.

Anyways, my usb-C port is not working on ASRock B450 PRO4 AM4.

I've tried multiple devices so it's not the device.

I'm running windwos 10, my bios is updated, and the usb C ports are activated in the BIOS settings. Nothing happens at all when I plug anything in. 

ALL OTHER USB ports work...and they share the same plug in terms of being plugged into the mobo.

Any tips greatly appreciated!

	Hi, I'm having the same issue with the PRO4M but X570M. I would appreciate any help as well.

	try downloading and installing the b450 chipset driver DIRECTLY FROM AMD and going forward always use latest chipset driver direct from amd this has drivers in for the usb's

	same. dumb usb port so annoying. i updated chipsets directly from amd, still having problem.
