AB350m pro4 freezes whis ryzen 3600

I have a motherboard installed AB350M Pro4 and last bios 5.90 https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350M%20Pro4/index.ru.asp#BIOS
installed a new processor ryzen 3600 when you turn on the video card rtx 2060 fans are working at 100%, after auto-restart windows 10 1903 starts up and when it starts up, it freezes.
I saw similar problems, but did not see a solution to the problem

windows 10 installed on ssd
have mem corsair 8*2 3200 mhz xmp
cmos settings reset
I do not know what else to do...

I would start with checking the memory voltage, is it set on the correct voltage for your kit? 2nd i would set memory to low values like 2133 and see if windows will boot.

I already tried this, def memory settings, swapped, ran one at a time. I did not get the desired result. windows 10 also hung, while all devices were turned off, the keyboard backlight, and the mouse sensor turned off.
