i have downloaded the Realtek high definition audio driver ver:6.0.9231.1 but when I restart my computer I can't hear anything and my mic won't work either i have tried everything but nothing seems to be working i have tried

uninstall and reinstall
tried realtek version from realtek website that worked but audio console was not supported
stopping services.scs for Realtek Audio Universal Service for audio console
i did get audio working with 6.0.9520.1 but audio console couldn't connect to rpc service

I don't know what else to do

i'm now on 6.0.1.8186 but realtek audio console says it does not support this machine with the version i have i getting really annoyed right now i just want to have a fully working realtek audio driver that doesn't have any problems and can get realtek audio console working as well instead of getting messages pop up like could not connect to rpc service and does not support this machine with the version and that plays audio

my motherboard is an ASRock B360M Pro4

i downloaded this version

Realtek high definition audio driver ver:6.0.9231.1

https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B360M%20Pro4/index.asp#Download

but if install it i can't hear anything or my mic go up when i talk into the mic

anyway to fix this i have tried everything like install and reinstall change services.msc and startup app set correctly but nothing seems to work

i got the version i am on now from the realtek website but it is from 2016

i have realtek audio console installed but everytime I open the app it always comes up with Cannot connect to RPC service.

The solutions I've attempted:

Install all Windows updates including optional updates

Audio troubleshooting

Switch DCOM, RPC, and RPC Locator services to Automatic

Update all drivers from device manager

Uninstall all Realtek drivers and reinstall

reinstalled through the download from ASRock B360M Pro4

Add legacy hardware and install Realtek from there (this gives blue screen of death)

i'm on windows 11 and i have tried everything

Sorry, I don't use Windows 11 so I can't offer any real help here. I have been on
Linux for years now.

Awesome, glad to hear it. Using a driver cleaner is always a good idea when you
are running into gremlins with something like this. Old registry entries and left
over files can really mess you around.
