ASRock has maintained close and long-term collaboration with AMD, and continues to carefully review
recently discussed CPU-related issues across online communities, while optimizing BIOS functionality and
further enhancing overall system stability. Following multiple rounds of collaboration, AMD has provided
AGESA 1.3.0.0a to improve overall platform compatibility. ASRock has completed the corresponding
integration and has released the Beta BIOS version 4.07.AS01, featuring AGESA 1.3.0.0a, on its official
website. The BIOS update includes the following highlights:

1. Update AGESA to ComboAM5 PI 1.3.0.0a.
2. Optimized Memory Compatibility.
3. Resolve a boot failure occurring on certain CPUs.

This update is specifically designed to address system no-boot scenarios, including cases where systems
may fail to boot after being used for a period of time. Users who encounter such behavior are recommended
to update to this BIOS version to help restore normal system boot functionality.

The latest Beta BIOS version 4.07.AS01 is now available for download here:

The official BIOS release will be updated soon and will also be available for download at the following link:

For detailed update procedures, users may refer to the ASRock Instant Flash User guide (AMD) or the
ASRock Flashback Feature User guide, depending on motherboard model and supported features.

ASRock remains fully committed to product quality, platform stability, and long-term user satisfaction. Our
engineering and technical support teams continue to work with AMD to deliver robust firmware updates and
ensure platform stability.

For further assistance or technical inquiries, users are encouraged to contact the ASRock Technical Support
Department through official support channels.

Most, if not all, AM5 boards should already have the newer Secure Boot Key stuff.

Most ASRock AM4 boards got the updates late last year. X300M-STX (also known as DeskMini) got it early this year.
