Hi, having problems with very long boot time (8min+)
Motherboard Z790 PG Lightning 1x16gb RAM DDR 5, inserted in slot 2 SSD Kingston SA400S37480G CPU I5-14400F GPU Nvidia RTX 4070 Super Windows 10 Already followed every single instruction to speed up readily available: -Updated BIOS to latest version; -Enabled Fastboot and MCR; -Adjusted USB Legacy support to UEFI Setup Online; -Checked SSD Health (79%); -SSD firmware is up to date; -Checked Windows health and drivers (everything up to date); I just don't have a clue what is causing such a long boot time. When I bought this setup boot time was just seconds, now is getting longer and longer. Advise please. |

Have you tried disconnecting all USB devices from the system? Yes, including
mouse and keyboard. When something like this is happening it is quite often caused by a peripheral, possibly a bad flash drive or usb dongle. If you haven't already, you should also try clearing CMOS, reseating your RAM and making sure all your cables are properly connected inside your system. |
