My intel laptop's headphone jack and speaker are not working. Technician said that it can be fault of your motherboard. Can we claim it or any solution for it?

ASRock does not sell laptops or laptop motherboards. They briefly sold 2 models of
laptop in 2009/10 but these are well past end of life now. |
