The question mark symbol got turned into a pounds symbol...
Replace the pound symbol in the link with a question mark and it will work. Sorry about that, I have reported that forum glitch already but it hasn't been resolved yet. The forums here are a community forum that ASRock maintains and monitors. I am a community moderator and do not speak for ASRock. All ASRock accounts here have the user title "ASRock_Official".
