X470 Master SLI BIOS update question

   Few days ago, I had no choice but to bring my pc to the local pc shop hoping they can help me to update the bios. Unfortunately, technician also said the "Secure Flash check fail" prevented them from either updating or downgrading the BIOS to any version

	Contact ASRock Tech Support directly: https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp They should be able to help you out. That tech sadly wasn't very competent or lacked basic tools. A ROM flashing tool with a clip type connector can recover even a completely bricked BIOS. Here is a youtube video of the process that outlines the tools and steps needed:
