they updated the asm4242 card firmware again, now only in *.exe flasher :) and i dont even have windows bare metal,
any info if this will work in asrock b650?

I am afraid I have no idea, I haven't been invited to Computex since 2016 and I
don't usually get this kind of info before launch/announcements. I guess we will have to wait and see. |

Hey M440, there is a video about board's supporting USB4.0 here:
Several ASRock boards are listed. As for add in cards, ASRock has the "Thunderbolt 4 AIC R2.0" though I am not sure about availability on this. It seems that TB4/USB4 add in cards tend to be brand specific, ie. your add in card needs to be made by/for the same brand as your board. I hope this answers your question. |
