Hello,
I'm building a NAS using C3758D4I-4L. Memory: 2x Samsung M393A4K40BB1-CRC0Q RDIMM 32GB 2Rx4 DDR4 2400 PC4-2400T 19200 ECC Registered Memory inserted in blue positions. Connections: Memory x2 ATX power supply (from working system) VGA monitor Fans turn on, IPMI turns on and connects. Can't turn power on - via header pins or via IPMI. No POST codes logged. Tried a second board. Tried memory in white connectors. Memory appears to be correct per spec sheet. What is wrong? Edited by ASRock_TSD - 23 Mar 2020 at 9:50am |

Double check all the jumper settings in your manual and make sure they are all
set correctly and that a case open sensor etc isn't causing the power on option to be disabled. Also, see if the system powers on with the RAM removed completely. |

Hello.
No jumpers inhibit power on. No messages in IPMI log. Tried with no RAM. IPMI power on event retries three times, then fails w/no logging. |

Sounds like it may not like the RAM, if the behavior changes without it. If you
have some spare non-ECC unbuffered RAM you could give it a shot with that. |

Tech support guided me through fully resetting the board. Once reset, the board started normally.

Hello, does anyone have the instructions for fully resetting the board, I have the same issue with this board. Currently have 1x Crucial Memory CT16G4RFD424A 16GB DDR4 2400 ECC Registered Electronic Consumer Electronics. I have installed it in the DDR4_A1 slot.
