In just built a fresh PC with a Ryzen 3 3200G 2nd gen processor, B450M steel legend Mobo, 2 8gig ram in slots A2 and B2. No graphics card yet. It turns on and the lights RGB lights are on. I'm getting ready to update the BIOS and install windows 10 64bit but I'm not getting anything on my monitor, I'm using an HDMI monitor port for visual. What could be wrong?

Make sure your BIOS supports the 3200g (there should be a sticker on the BIOS
chip with the version printed on it from the factory).

BIOS needed for your Rizen 3200G on that board is 2.10.

Assuming that is correct, I did just have a similar issue on an ASRock B450M Pro4 board yesterday using the same processor and also using HDMI output.

Mine was solved by swapping the RAM around. I first pulled all but the A2 stick. That didn't help. Finally, I swapped a different stick into A2 and it posted. I put the "problematic" stick into B2, and it worked.

I suspect that I just hadn't seated it properly, but there may have been something weird about that stick in A2.
