Sorry for the late reply.
I take it to dealer and they told us this M.2 is malfunction. Replace a new one and so far so good. Thanks the support. |

Dear Midna78,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please refer to user manual page.21 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/A300M-STX.pdf 2. Please boot into BIOS setup and check if the SSD can be detected under Advanced tab > Storage Configuration. 3. Under BIOS>Boot tab, please set CSM to enabled/disabled by turns to check if system can boot into OS. 4. If possible, please install another PCIe M.2 SSD. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

Hi.
I have A300 board and today update bios to 3.6; then system can only boot into bios instead of WINDOWS 64bit. My SSD is 970 EVO NVME 500GB, seems like BIOS does not detect it as well. And I tried to flash back to 3.5 BIOS but no help. Is there any solution can help to fix this situation? Thanks a lot! |
