ASrock b550 phantom gaming 4 low idle crashing iss

   Hey everyone. I have had this PC since around February of 2021. So roughly 6 or more months but less than a year. Basically the issue I am having is low idle crashing. Every time I do anything demanding it runs silky smooth, so playing games, or having multiple applications open. However, for example, if I only sit on the desktop with nothing opened (apps), it will crash, if I browse edge (edge being the only app thats open) it will crash, it randomly crashes and it could be after 5 mins, after it just boots up and 30 seconds in desktop, it could be after 3 -6 hrs, it?�s completely random but when using games it will run all day, or having multiple apps open it will run all day. 

My specs original specs are this
Mobo- ASrock Phantom gaming 4 b550
Cpu- Amd Ryzen 5 3600
Ram- Crucial ballistic sport 16gb, 3k MHz
Gpu- Rtx 3070 gigabyte card forgot exactly which version (sry)
 Storages- Wd blue hdd and a Wd green sata ssd 1 tb & 240 gb respectively, the latter is the windows drive
Psu- 600 watts apevia 80+ gold 

The psu, and ram have been changed, and added another ssd. 

This pc has crashed literally the first hour I?�ve got it, its a pre built. 

I tried mem test 86, came clean, prime 95 for at least 3 hours, haven benchmark for a good amount of time, nothing crashed. I don?�t know why but I?�m guessing its the mobo, maybe this bios or something.
