Sound issues

I ve tried everything, but so far, I haven't found a solution. Neither the front nor the back port is producing sound. The computer recognizes the headset, but no sound is being played. I do have sound throuugh my monitor. Once i pug in my headset, the sound switches from the monitor to the headset, but then i hear nothing. 

I have already tried the following:
1. checking the headset on another device (headset works)
2. cheking other headset (didn't work)
3. Trouble shooting by windows (says nothing is wrong)
4. delete realtek, turn PC off and on, reinstal (didn't work)
5. Download the latest audio driver updat from ASrock (didn't work)
6. Reset to factory settings (didn't work)
7. Checkt the BIOS settings (didn't work)

So know i'm out of options.
