Instant flash gets stuck loading up

   I'm trying to update my bios but when I try loading instant flash it gets stuck loading up before I can choose a bios version or anything. The screen gets stuck on "\support" every time I try. I tried both through the F2 interface and by trying F6 at boot. What could be going on?

Pentium G3440

I do notice that the splash screen where it says ASRock and the instructions to enter boot menu or instant flash, that screen sits there for literally 30 seconds every time no matter if I try to enter boot menu or continue to load windows.

	Got past it. Something was messed up with my flash drive. I decided to format it and copy the bios back onto it and then it worked
