I'd urge you to download the IntelĀ® Processor Identification Utility and check. Intel is who made the CPU and chipset.

I just googled https://www.google.com/search?q=Piriform+Speccy+virtualization and right off the bat the results are enough for me me to have serious doubt Speccy is correct in determining Virtualization 100% of the time.

Think about it. Would ASRock include the options to enable it available if the BIOS did not support Virtualization. It's my experience that if the BIOS determined the processor did not support it, those two options would be grayed out and unselectable.
