x470 Gaming K4 + Ram 3000

I would like to buy 3000mhz Ram (Corsair Vengeance or Adata Spectrix) and put it in x470 Gaming K$ but i see that all AsRock motherboards don't support 3000 mhz.
Is it possible to manually set that frequency or i have to set Ram to 2933 mhz?

if its anything like the X370 gaming k4 then no. its hardware/software limited by ASrock. i changed my mobo and had no problems hitting 3200mhz and even 3333mhz with my ram and cpu.

to what did you answer "no" exactly?
i don't understand if you changed mobo and now you don't have Asrock anymore....or if you changed and now you have
i know 3200 is possible but i don't want to OC the RAM. if i buy 3000mhz i would set to 3000,no more.

sorry i misunderstood your question. 
on Ryzen 3000mhz is not a option. 3000mhz = 2933mhz with ryzen.

to be fair

if you can find any difference in the ram at 3000 or at 2933 EVEN in a synthetic benchmark id be very very surprised !

what will make a difference is the latency the ram runs at
to get any noticable gains you need to increase ram speed by 400-500 mhz once your over the 2666 mark AND  maintain low latencys
eg
2666mhz cl14 vs 3200 cl14 noticable
2666mhz cl14 vs 3000 cl16 may well be worse with the faster ram

  3000mhz = 2933mhz on any ryzen motherboard not just asrock. i have a MSI X470 Gaming pro carbon. i like it better then the asrock mobo i had. my MSI x470 pro carbon does way way better at memory overclocking and the VRM is much cooler.
