Dear boneto666,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions to check the system: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key. 2. If possible, please plug your Thunderbolt device to another Thunderbolt system. 3. If possible, please install other Thunderbolt devices to verify the TB3 port of the MB. 4. Reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS with Thunderbolt driver. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

any "unknown device" listings in device manager or anything with an exclamation point next to it? .. select "show hidden devices" in device manager to see everything listed

Dear guys,
I am trying to use the onboard Thunderbolt ports and I have enabled TB option in BIOS as well. Of course I have installed the Thunderbolt(v17.4.77.400) drivers from ASRock website. But WIN10 OS still fails to detect my TB device, try 2.01 BIOS is the same result. Please help! |
