Allow me to maybe change your mind please. I'm terribly sorry for not having caught this earlier than just now. Please use the below contact phone to speak to a Live Tech Support person in California. Too, add that email to your address book to use in the future should you need it. Support Phone: 1-909-590-8308 Support Email: support@asrockamerica.com If you are not satisfied after talking to them please PM me and I will personally usher your issue through from my end. .. wardog |

Alright, I've given up. Two support people have emailed me and neither of them respond in any timely matter. Going on a week here with only 1 email correspondence. Guessing I"ll just return the board and buy from someone else as this is disgustingly disrespectful and unprofessional for support to just ignore these requests for so long.

No direct phone number is available, currently. The RMA department has handled BIOS chip requests in the past. This is the latest RMA information page: http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=RMA |

You need BIOS 7.00 or above to support Kaby Lake's.
Contact ASRock Tech Support at http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp |

The BIOS chip shows 2.20 which is the initial BIOS revision. There is no beeps or video output so i'm unable to get into the BIOS to do any kind of updating to support the new Kaby Lake which is my first guess at the problem. I've ensured that the mobo CAN beep by taking out the ram so it at least isn't completely dead.
Any advise on how to proceed?
