I am experiencing intermittent loss of connectivity to all USB peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset) and video playback. It can happen during gaming or just browsing. It happens several times a day, varying between every 3 minutes, 10 minutes or an hour or so.

Guarantee to happen while watching Youtube videos, in different browsers.

I did all driver, Windows, BIOS version and hardware related troubleshooting I could. I went through a RMA for the board and the problem persists.

The issue is widely discussed in these forum threads:

As stated in the forums, during Windows safe boot and Ubuntu also were stable for me.

I filled the ASRock support form two months ago and got no answer.
