Dear younker, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding your question, we config a system to perform the test, Samsung 960 EVO works fine on A320M. Please refer attached picture. A320M BIOS P3.00 SATA Mode: RAID Mode SATA Mode: AHCI Mode We also provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please refer to the user manual (page.27) from the link below to clear CMOS to try(Please shut down the AC power). 2. Reboot the system then press[F11] to check the Boot Menu. 3. If possible, please install other M.2 HDD to verify. 4. Please install your 960 EVO to another system to check if it could work fine. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

I had the same problem. Turned out I hadn't pressed the SSD all the way in to the connector. It should make a click when it's all the way in.
