ASRock Tech Support Europe have contacted me directly and they have some follow
up requests/questions to help them narrow down this issue.

1. Have either of you tried an AMD GPU in your system to see if the problem is
reproducible with that?

2. Could you provide a pictures of your GPU and M.2 drive's product stickers/labels.

3. What exact CPU and motherboard combinations are you both using and what BIOS versions are you running with them.

4. Have either of you been in contact with your GPU manufacturer about this issue
and if so, what feedback did they provide?

All this info will really help ASRock's Tech Support department to narrow down the issue.

And again. This is 100% reproducible. Why isn't it getting a fix?

Dear Muebbel,

Thanks for the reply.

Since the motherboard of yours might be faulty, kindly contact the store where the motherboard was purchased from for further assistance.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

For me it doesnt matter if the M.2 (FireCuda 520 2TB ZP2000GM3A002) is connected or not, the PCIe GPU (tests with multiple nvidia) isnt recognized.

The steps for solving the problem in this thread arent working from my point..
Loading the Bios defaults (without clear CMOS button) dont help too.

And btw.. latest Bios was flashed (after GPU wasnt recognized).

Dear forum users,

Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

We would like to learn more about the symptoms that are having with Z370 Gaming ITX/ac.

There is some information that we'd like to know.
1. Can such a symptom be reproduced 100% with specific steps?
2. Are the BIOS default loaded?

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Same now here... March 2020 and still this bug... and i dont get it working. Just the onboard GPU works. No nvidia card works... 1660super, rtx2060 or a little one without PCIe-Power...nothing.
