Microcode with Z790-C

   Hello AsRock

I have the z790 C with latest 15.01 Bios

My chip is an intel 14900kf.

I've seen the question asked before but I don't believe ASRock has commented.

Intel recommends "Intel Defaults"

There is no "Intel Defaults" power option. We currently have:

BIOS Default
Performance Mode
Baseline Mode

1) Which one do we use?  And 
2) What other settings do we need to adjust?
