   I got the same issue when I build my PC. The light on the motherboard is flash, but when pressing the power button, nothing actually happened, clear CMOS 5 times, it doesn't work. I had solved this problem by clear CMOS it did work. But now it stops working and the power button won't respond

| Dude is right. Rip all the stuff off, EVEN the CPU. Clear CMOS once again and try booting. You should see the error codes and beeps. If you do, start putting stuff back in and check how beeps are changing. Did you try taking the mobo outside the case and see if it will boot then? | |

   Tried clearing the cmos 50 times. Took the battery in and out dozen times. No bent pins in the cpu socket.

 That can't be good. did you check the CPU socket and mobo? Did you try clearing the CMOS? | |

   I have the EVGA Gold 850W and EVGA Gold 1000W. Both work fine when i use them on my z270 setup but not on x399. For the cooler I use enermax 360mm aio cooler. Tried different gpus gtx 1060 and rx 580 but no go
