C'mon That error tells me you have a/some Legacy Devices. Older CD/ROM? Card Reader maybe? Old USB device plugged in? |

The problem is solved. The problem lay in the fact that my video card sagged in the slot under its own weight. After installing the special holder, as well as checking all power cables (4pin, 24pin, 6 + 8), the problem was eliminated. Thanks for the support.
