How long does Asrock support take? |

Due to the nature of the failure i doubt that these forums would be of any help. Was in the middle of a render and the computer just rebooted itself with no BSOD and wouldn't get past POST. Cant even get into the BIOS. Tried resetting the CMOS and a different PSU. No luck. Only other thing to test is the CPU but i don't have a spare AM4 CPU. Sending that in for RMA to. AMD got back to me in less than 24 hours and gave me a shipping label so i didn't have to pay to send it out. Just waiting on Asrock now...

The response time can vary in my experience. Typically I get replies within a week but on occasion it can take longer (usually due to national holidays and such).
