Hello,
I have a problem with this AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac I went to the bios and it shows only single channel ram Surely I install 2 stick RAM and it should run at dual mode. Please any advice and thanks for helping. |

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter the BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting. 2. Please install both memory modules to another system to check if the memory can be detected properly. 3. To make sure both slots are functional; please install one memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify. 4. If possible, please change another CPU to verify since memory controller is built in CPU. 5.
