Thank you for choosing ASRock. Please refer to the following steps to try. 1. Install the latest VGA driver from AMD official site. 2. Use LED On/Off Switch to turn off the LED once and turn on again. 3. Download and install the latest Polychrome SYNC 1.0.14. Ive already tried that. The switch on the card doesnt do anything.

THe rgb worked at first but now it doesnt i have an i9 9900k with aorus z390 ultra with the asrock phantom gaming 6800 XT OC

Dear Kinzsz,
Please check if the RGB software can be turned on. If it does not turn on, please follow the steps to verify. 1. Boot up the system and run the Radeon software. 2. Close the Radeon software. 3. Make sure the LED On/Off switch is on. 4. Download the following tool and unzip it. https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/RGBFW/GPU/RX6800XT_PGD.zip 5. Run command prompt as Administrator. 6. Run Verify.cmd and take a screenshot. 7. Run Update_RX6800_XT_PG.cmd.
