Dear,
My AB350M Pro4 unable to connect to network via Ethernet, updated BIOS to 5.10 still the same. Reinstalled Windows 10 persists. Is there anything I can check or this is a broken board? Thank. |

Dear Looms,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your Network question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter OS > Device Manager > Network Adapters to check if the Realtek(PCIe) GbE Ethernet Controller is recognized. 2. Try to right click the Ethernet icon in task bar to troubleshoot. 3. If the controller or the cable is not detected, please try other Ethernet cables to verify. 4. If possible, please connect the system to other routers to verify. 5. If possible, please use other systems to verify the Network environment. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
