Dear HaKaN,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions to check the SSD detection: 1. Please remove the entire storage device including SATA/USB devices from your system. 2. Unplug the power cord and then reinstall the M.2 SSD to M.2 slot. Power on system and then enter to BIOS setup: a. Under Advanced tab>Storage Configuration, please check if the M.2 SSD is detected. b. In Boot tab>Boot Option, please check if the M.2 SSD is recognized in boot option. c. Restart system and press [F11] to check if the M.2 SSD can be detected in Boot Menu. 3. Try to install a Windows 10 on it and check if the SSD can be detected in Windows installation page. 4. If possible, please install another M.2 SSD to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
