Hi all. I have three questions.
1) I have an ASRock B450M Gaming, which is apparently a model that doesn't exist. It looks like a B450M/ac but those say "B450M/ac" right on the silkscreen. This one says, well, "B450M Gaming". The B450M/ac version of LED control doesn't work on it, nor does the BIOS seem to control the LED's. The motherboard was in a CyberpowerPC GMA4200 BST with a Ryzen 5 3600. Could an oddball model have somehow gotten shipped out? 2) My other question, which precipitated digging into all this, is that one of the USB AMD eXtensdible host controllers died with error code 43 (device failure), and no amount of working with the drivers, or powering up and down, fixes the problem. Is that definitely a motherboard replacement? 3) Since the LED's can't be controlled via BIOS or the ASRock RGB LED utilities, how can I turn them off, or is that a question for CyberpowerPC? Thanks a bunch. George Turner. |

If memory serves the B450 Gaming boards that ship in CyberpowerPC systems is specific
to CyberpowerPC. You can open a support ticket with ASRock or CyberpowerPC, either should be able to help you. https://support.cyberpowerpc.com/hc/en-us https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp |
